How to print your tickets?
Official tickets are sent via emails used upon purchase.

Tickets from our website:
Please ensure to review your details before checking out especially email addresses. You will receive your ticket via email, kindly print it on a clean sheet of bond paper. This will serve as your official pass to the event.

Tickets purchased from SM tickets:
SM tickets has outlets in SM Cinemas and SM Stores. For tickets purchased via the SM website, print the voucher sent to your email and claim the actual ticket in SM Cinemas / Stores.
Are e-tickets allowed?
Only printed tickets are allowed. Kindly print the ticket for a faster and hassle-free queueing. Thank you!
Can we change or upgrade our ticket section?

Validity of Ticket
ALL TICKETS PURCHASED FOR THE MUSIC FESTIVAL ARE VALID TICKETS FOR ALL DAY PASS AT THE FESTIVAL GROUNDS!
Upon purchasing tickets for a group
Every ticket has a unique QR code. You can input one name for all the tickets. Thank you!

When is Aurora Music Festival Davao happening?

The music fest will be held on October 25, 2025 at Crocodile Park Concert Grounds.

What ages are allowed during the event?

Only minors age 5–17 years old are allowed. Ages 5 below are NOT allowed.

Minors must be accompanied by a guardian in the same ticket section (1:1 ratio). Both adult and child must be ticket holders.

PWD / Senior Citizen

We allow PWD and Senior Citizens.
Pregnant women are not advised for safety reasons (outdoor event). Thank you!
Should we bring an ID during the event?

Will there be enough entrances?
Yes, we have multiple entrance lanes for hassle-free queuing. See you soon!

Will there be enough portalets?

Portalets are set up in every section, parking area, and entrances/exits. Thank you!
Will there be a baggage counter to store our belongings?

There will be no baggage counter during the event.
Aurora Music Festival will not be liable for any loss or damage.
Kindly keep an eye on your belongings at all times. ❤️
Are pets allowed?
🚫 Pets are NOT allowed inside the event grounds. 🚫
Can we bring outside food and drinks?
🚫 Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
Food concessionaires will be available inside the venue.
Can we bring a tent?
🚫 Tents are not allowed.

Can we bring a chair?
🚫 Any kind of chair is NOT allowed.
You may bring a small picnic mat instead.
Camera guidelines
🚫 Drones are NOT allowed.
🚫 Professional DSLR cameras are NOT allowed.

Can we park nearby to watch the festival?
