Yes! Ticket details can be updated and transferred to the respective attendee one (1) time only. To transfer, simply click "view your ticket" or click the ticket section displayed on the email confirmation and it will direct you to a link where you can transfer or print the e-ticket.
We do not allow change of section and upgrade. Kindly ensure that you have chosen your desired section upon purchase.
Official tickets are sent via email used upon purchase. Please ensure to review your details before checking out, especially email addresses. You will receive your ticket via email - kindly print it on a clean sheet of bond paper. This will serve as your official pass to the event. For tickets purchased from SM, print the voucher sent to your email and claim the actual ticket at SM Cinemas.

Only minors age 13-17 years old are allowed. Ages 12 and below are NOT allowed. Minors must be accompanied by a guardian in the same ticket section with a 1:1 ratio. Both adult and child must be ticket holders. See you! ❤️
We allow PWD and Senior Citizens. Pregnant women are not advised for safety reasons. This is an outdoor event. Thank you!

There will be enough portalets inside the venue. Portalets are set up in every section, parking areas, and entrances and exits. Thank you!
There will be no baggage counter during the event. While we strive for a fun and secure event, please note that Aurora Music Festival will not be liable for any loss or damage. Kindly keep an eye on your belongings at all times. Thank you and see you soon! ❤️

Drones are not allowed as well as professional DSLR cameras. We have an official photo and video team in the area. Only personal vlogging cameras like Instax and GoPro will be allowed. Thank you and kitakits 💕
