Where to buy ticket?

How much are the tickets?
Pre-sale Ticket prices:
- Platinum - PHP 4,500
- SVIP - Php 2,500
- Gold - Php 800
- Silver - Php 400
Regular Ticket prices:
- Platinum - Php 5,000
- SVIP - Php 3,000
- Gold - Php 1,000
- Silver - Php 500
*excludes ticket price charge
How to print your tickets?
Official tickets are sent via emails used upon purchase
Tickets from our website:
Please ensure to review your details before checking out especially email addresses. You will receive your ticket via email, print it on a clean sheet of bond paper. This will serve as your official pass to the event.
Tickets purchased from SM tickets:
SM tickets has outlets in SM Cinemas and SM Stores. For tickets purchased via the SM website, print the voucher sent to your email and claim the actual ticket in SM Cinemas / Stores.
What ages are allowed during the event?
The music fest is open to 10 years old and above. Minors must be accompanied by a guardian in the same ticket section. 1 minor = 1 guardian. See you!
*Both child and adult must have individual tickets.
Will there be enough food concessionaires?
Yes, food concessionaires are spread out within the area.
Will there be enough portalets?
Yes, there will be enough portalets inside the venue. Portalets are set up in every section, parking areas, and entrances and exits.
Will there be enough entrances?
Yes, we have multiple lanes for faster queuing.
Can we bring a tent or chair?
No, please see prohibited items, and things to bring on a separate post.
Where is the location?
Clark Global City (CGC). Venue map and parking locations will be posted in the following days.
Can we bring outside food and drinks?
Outside food and drinks are not allowed. We have food concessionaires in the event grounds.
What time should we arrive?
Gates open at 1 PM. Please wait for the final announcement in the coming months for any changes.
Should we bring an ID during the event?
Yes, 1 valid ID. Please see things to bring in another post.
Will there be a medic during the event?
A medical team and emergency response team is on standby during the event.
Will there be ticket selling onsite?
Yes. However, since we have limited tickets to sell we advised you to buy your tickets online.
Can we park nearby to watch the festival?
No, traffic marshals will check ticket validity upon entry to the premises.
Is this the final lineup?
Yes. Aurora promises to give you amazing local acts please stay tuned.

Can we change or upgrade our ticket section?
We do not allow change of section and upgrade. Kindly ensure that you have chosen your desired section upon purchase.
